Everything below stays free, for everyone, on every plan, with no ads. If that ever changes, we publish a dated changelog so you can see exactly what changed and when.
What stays free
- Logging food, workouts, runs, walks and hydration. The everyday tracking the app is for — never behind a paywall, never rationed.
- Calories and macros against your targets. Protein, carbs and fat, with the daily numbers your own profile earns — free.
- A portable export of your own data. Take your history with you from the account screen. Your data is yours; leaving is never a paid feature.
- Medication reminders. Unlimited, free. Safety features never sit behind a subscription.
- Family care check-ins. Gentle check-ins, controlled by the person being cared for.
- Numbers-free mode. Hide calorie counts entirely if you'd rather build habits than watch numbers.
- Your Apple Watch and Wear OS app. Glance your day and quick-log from the wrist — part of the free app, not an add-on.
- No ads. Ever. On every tier, including free. We are never an advertising business.
How this stays honest
This is version 1 of the Free-Forever list. It is a promise with a paper trail: if we ever add to it, or ever need to change it, we publish a new version here with a dated note saying what moved and why. You will never wake up to find a feature you relied on has quietly become paid.
