Why it's not another tracker

Five things you won't get from a longer feature list

They only work because food, training, recovery and care live in the same app. Split them across four apps and every one of these disappears.

Fuel the run. Then recover from it. Same app.

Before you head out you get a fuel target for the session you're actually about to do — carbs, fluid, timing. The moment you stop, you get a recovery meal built from your own food list, not a stock chart of chicken and rice.

Running apps don't log food. Food apps don't run GPS. Until now you've been holding two apps and doing the arithmetic in your head.

One tap from your finish line to what's for dinner.

The Koydo Life run screen: start an outdoor run, walk, ruck, hike or cycle, with a fuelling note reading about 75 g of easy carbs an hour before and about 450 ml of water.
The Koydo Life daily readiness rings, showing fuel, movement, protein and trust for today.

A readiness reading that doesn't ask you to buy a wrist.

Wear a watch and the reading sharpens. Wear nothing at all and you still get an honest daily read from what you've logged — how you've fuelled, how you've trained, how the week has actually gone.

Deciding whether today is a hard day or an easy one shouldn't cost you a hardware purchase.

Rucking that shows its work.

Log a weighted ruck and you get the calorie number — and, underneath it, the published equation it came from, with your body weight, your pack weight, your pace and the grade filled in. Tap it and read it.

Nothing about your own effort should arrive as a black box.

The same app that plans your deload reminds your dad to take his pills.

Everyday Care sits in the same app as your training, because the person doing the training is usually the person doing the caring.

  • Unlimited medication reminders — free, for as many people as you need.
  • A 30-second check — a chair-stand and a short walking-speed test you can do in a hallway.
  • Family check-ins your parent controls — they choose what's shared, and nobody sees anything they weren't granted.

Hide every number. Never get shamed for a missed day.

Turn on numbers-free mode and the calories, the weights and the percentages go away — and the app still works. You log, you train, you get guidance, without a single figure staring back at you.

Miss a day and a streak-freeze covers it. The app says so warmly and moves on. Gaps are rest days, not failures.

Numbers-free mode and every safety feature are free forever.

The Koydo Life logging screen offering four ways to add a meal: take a photo, log from a photo, log by voice, or scan a barcode, above a search box for the verified food database.

Logging

Four ways to log a meal. Pick whichever you'll actually use.

Snap a photo. Pick one out of your gallery. Say it out loud. Or scan the barcode — and barcode scanning is never behind the paywall.

  • An estimate that admits it's an estimate. You get a calorie range rather than a fake-precise number, and one tap says Smaller, About right, or Larger.
  • 1,400+ verified foods to search, plus your own custom foods and recipes.
  • Vitamins and minerals tracked alongside the macros, not buried behind an upgrade.
  • Every entry shows where it came from — verified food, barcode, your correction — so you always know what you're looking at.

Training

Train the way you actually train

Whatever you're doing this week, it belongs in one place — and it should still be there when the signal isn't.

Outdoors, tracked

Runs, walks, weighted rucks, hikes and cycling with live pace, splits and routes you can save and run again.

Indoors, too

Strength sessions, plus swim, row, elliptical, stair, jump rope, yoga and HIIT — logged the same way as everything else.

Wrist optional, wrist welcome

Start from an Apple Watch or a Wear OS watch. Pair the watch once, then leave the phone at home — it records and saves on its own. Works with Apple Health and Health Connect.

Offline first

Everything records on the phone before it goes anywhere. A dead signal or a dead battery never eats your run.

A plan that fits your week

Couch-to-5K through marathon, and strength blocks that flex around the days you actually have.

Trends that say how solid they are

A trend only means something when your food, movement and confirmations agree — so you're told how strong the inputs are before you read anything into the line.

A coach that knows your day

Ask a question and the answer already knows what you ate, what you ran and how you slept — no re-explaining yourself.

Straight answers

What Koydo Life is not

Worth saying plainly, before you download anything.

It is not medical advice or a diagnosis

Koydo Life doesn't diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace a clinician. For anything medical, talk to a qualified professional.

It is body-neutral

No weight-loss promises, no before-and-afters, no shame for a missed day. You can hide every number and keep all the usefulness.

It doesn't pretend to be certain

Estimates are labelled as estimates and come with a range you can correct in one tap. No accuracy percentage is claimed, because none would be honest.

It won't sell your attention

No ads. Not a banner, not a sponsored food, not a video to watch to unlock a feature. Your data is exportable and deletable, and that is never behind the paywall.

If food, exercise or how you feel about your body is hard right now, support exists — and it's linked from inside the app and on our support page.

Questions

Before you ask

When can I actually get it?

Koydo Life is finishing up for iPhone and Android, and it isn't on either store yet — which is why there are no download buttons on this page pretending otherwise. Email us and you'll hear from us the day it's live. That's the only thing we'd write to you about.

Do I need a watch or a chest strap?

No. Wear one and your readiness reading gets sharper, but with nothing on your wrist you still get an honest daily read from what you've logged. Apple Watch and Wear OS are supported if you have them.

Is the free version actually usable?

Yes. Logging all four ways — including barcode scanning — verified food search, GPS runs and rucks, offline recording, numbers-free mode, unlimited medication reminders, the safety checks, and data export are all free. The safety features stay free forever.

Can I use it without making an account?

Yes. Open it and start logging. Everything lives on your phone until you decide otherwise, and nothing you've already logged is lost when you create an account later — it comes with you.

What languages does it speak?

21, with right-to-left languages properly supported rather than mirrored badly.

Can I get my data out — or wipe it?

Both, and neither is a paid feature. Export a portable copy whenever you like, and see delete your account for how deletion works.
