Delete your Koydo Life account

This page explains how to delete your Koydo Life account and the data attached to it. Nothing here costs anything, and you don't need a subscription to do it.

Export a copy first, if you want one

Before you delete anything, you can export a portable copy of your data from the account or settings screens in the app. Once an account is deleted it can't be recovered.

Ask for deletion

Email support@koydo.app from the address your Koydo Life account uses, and include the phrase "delete my Koydo Life account". We use the account identity to confirm the request is really yours before anything is deleted.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers the Koydo Life data linked to your account: your logs, your profile settings, your synced documents, references to media your account owns, and the entitlement records tied to your account, as far as store and legal retention rules allow. Records of purchases you made may remain with Apple or Google, and with the billing provider that manages subscriptions, under their own policies.
